Shipping questions
Shipping under $8.00 will be sent as a letter and unfortunately does not include tracking numbers. To keep shipping costs lower for smaller items, they are able to be sent as a letter so even though we ship within the time frame given on each listing, we can't control just how long it will take to get to you.
We do offer express at an added cost which will include a tracking number. If for some reason your parcel has gone missing we will help contact Australia Post where possible to track it down.
We ship all our items using Australia Post
